Dental Scheduling / Financial Coordinator- Full Time

Are you detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills? Are you looking for a position where your skills and experience will be valued within a growing dental practice? We are seeking a full-time Scheduling / Financial Coordinator who excels in outstanding customer service to join our team!

What we are looking for is a highly skilled and talented individual, someone who understands the logistics of scheduling to effectively treat patients. This individual must be well presented, friendly yet assertive. This candidate should also have experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements and must also have telephone scheduling skills. We expect this individual to combine training that we will provide, with their own personal flair, experience, and expertise to ensure success and productivity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Makes definite financial agreements with each patient in accordance with office policy
  • Front desk duties to include answering phones, greeting patients, clerical work, scheduling patient appointments, collecting payments
  • Other duties as required by the office and doctor when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Accuracy and organization are a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with doctor, patients and staff

Job Requirements for this position:

  • Two years of dental insurance experience: patient eligibility, insurance billing, plans coverage, patient collections, etc
  • Some experience with treatment planning is highly desirable
  • Able to communicate well with the doctor and patients
  • Punctuality is a must!
  • Should be willing to adopt the practice manual and requirements

We are a progressive orthodontic and dental practice that is devoted to helping our patients achieve beautiful, long-lasting smiles!

Orthodontic Clinical Chairside Assistant

We are looking to hire an Orthodontic Clinical Chairside Assistant (Certified) for our Orthodontic Dental office. The ideal Orthodontic Assistant will have at least 2 years of experience in an orthodontic office. This is a full-time position including Monday through Thursday but schedule can be flexible depending on our patients needs. The Orthodontic Assistant serves as an advocate and educator while creating beautiful smiles! This new team member needs to exhibit an efficient, knowledgeable and positive countenance to every patient experience. The best candidate will have an energetic, service-focused attitude, and be able to prioritize appropriately to assure patient satisfaction. Comfort with using a computer, taking photos, x-rays, 3D scans, and iTero scans. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

  • Market the practice to help with the growth of new patients

  • Experience with dental software programs
  • Experience with taking photos, x-ray’s, 3D scans, iTero scans, arch wire changes, banding and debanding procedures to name a few
